Alaina (she/her) graduated with her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She takes on a direct yet inviting approach to therapy, and she is eager to make helpful connections with her clients. She uses a systemic approach to treatment, integrating aspects of a person’s individual, social, romantic, professional, and spiritual lives into the therapy process. Alaina is also certified in Prepare and Enrich for couples.

Alaina believes every person has the capability to create a healthy and fulfilling life for themselves, and she takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to work with them to get there. Alaina enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and children.
